I finished the new trackage for the Watertown depot. The new depot will reside on the back side of the track just past the grade crossing about where the switch engine sits. Beyond that on the diverging track will be the coal yard. The other track will be for some yet to be determined customer.
Below, I am almost finished with the coal trestle for unloading hoppers at W.W. Keel Coal. The building is yet to be designed and built. I’ve completed the railing and am in the process of adding the planking for the walkways.

I have added the turnout servos and the accessory decoders that control them. I also added three of my 3D printed servo operated uncouplers in strategic spots. You can see one of them, the gray disc shape in underneath the track pictured above. Below, I have updated the iPad control panel to reflect the new trackage at the lower right. I really like the JMRI panels because changes are much more easily done than on a hard-wired panel (and the touch screen is cool too). For the un-coupler the two dots show the position of the two magnets, when the two dots are green and aligned with the track, they have no effect on passing cars. When the servo rotates the magnets to 90 degrees with the track, the dots rotate and turn red, showing the un-coupler is ready to uncouple the Kadee couplers.
